Begin your analysis by following these 3 simple steps:

1. Write 3 pages fulfilling these requirements:

​

• The sheets must be blank, like copy paper used for printers. Write on one side of the page only. It is better to place the papers on a soft surface like other papers and not directly on the table.
   

• Use a pen that works properly, so that the ink flow does not get stuck or have discharges that can stain or fill the writing.
   

• Sit in a comfortable place (neither standing, nor in a moving vehicle, nor under low light) and spontaneously write whatever you want. Do not copy other texts.
   

• The writing must be free, about any topic the person wants, without worrying about the content of what is told, neither by the writing, nor by spelling mistakes. The individual must not feel that they are being evaluated, but rather that they are addressing someone whom they trust and with whom they can relax and be natural. If they write poems or lyrics, they should not do it in poetry style, but in prose.
   

• The language to be used will be the one that is used more frequently, with which the person feels more comfortable writing.
   

• Remember to sign.

​2. Write on another sheet:

• Name and surname

• Age

• E-Mail

• Phone number

• Studies completed

• Profession or occupation

• Are you left-handed or right-handed?

• Are there any questions you want to ask about the writing sample that is going to be analyzed? Something specific that you want to be informed about?
